We belive that everyone has a right to a high standard of training, no matter what your back ground. With a significant amount of exeprience working with athletes and day to day we want to build i brand with a solid reputation. As we grow you can be assured that personal trainers will only be wrking under the brand who are self selected to ensure high standards continue.
Our pricing will be the same for each service based on a 4 week block system. Whether you are looking for 1-1 or online the cost is set at £180 per month.
